Fraudulent emails have been brought to our attention.

Purporting to be from Elavon they ask you to log in and renew your account to “myvirtualmerchant portal”. Elavon operates no such portal and never emails customers to ask them to renew account log-ins. If you receive such an email do not respond.

You are not permitted, under terms of agreement, to process transactions on behalf of any third party, that is, any business that does not have a direct agreement with Elavon. If you do you will be in violation of the card scheme rules, which may result in a fine from the card schemes being charged to your business.
